Jaranova Delivery OS

Bring orders, dispatch and drivers into one delivery journey.

Jaranova Delivery OS is the independently hosted platform publicly presenting merchant workspaces, dispatch, drivers, tracking and proof of delivery. Explore a genuine public preview and review its current fit for your store. Public descriptions and sample dashboard figures do not establish operational readiness.

Capability review

Know what each workstream involves.

Status is stated for each capability. Unverified functionality is not sold as ready to deploy.

01

Merchant workspace · publicly described

Order intake, merchant/store locations and fulfilment options appear in the public platform description. Authenticated role permissions and order operations still need verification.

02

Dispatch & assignments · publicly described

Driver assignment, route coordination and delivery state are presented publicly. Dispatch capacity, reassignment and failure handling require test-environment evidence.

03

Driver & delivery proof · publicly described

Assigned routes, navigation and proof requirements are described publicly. Mobile availability, supported devices, offline behaviour and proof capture are pending acceptance tests.

04

Tracking & order status · publicly described

Customer progress updates and delivery status are presented publicly. Timing, customer access controls and external notification behaviour require validation.

Questions specific to Jaranova Delivery OS.

Can I open the existing delivery platform?

Yes. Open delivery.jaranova.com using the link on this page. Review current capabilities and operational readiness before arranging a rollout.

Are the dashboard figures real business performance?

No. The captured public preview contains sample interface figures. They are not Jaranova delivery outcomes or verified live operations.

Does it have a merchant dashboard and order management?

The public page describes merchant workflows. A permitted authenticated demonstration must verify actual order creation, edits, statuses and role access before a capability commitment.

How do dispatch and driver assignments work?

The intended public journey connects order intake, assignment and delivery progress. Reassignment, capacity rules and exceptions must be demonstrated against the current build.

Are proof of delivery and tracking available?

They are publicly described. Required proof formats, customer access and production behaviour remain subject to verification.

Is there a supported mobile app?

Driver mobile experiences are publicly described, but the current device support, distribution method and available build have not been verified in this review.

How is onboarding arranged?

Review store locations, service areas, users, order source and integration needs; then agree a pilot, training and acceptance checklist before rollout.

What are the billing arrangements?

Current commercial terms, subscription or transaction costs and support responsibility require confirmation. No numbers or paid trial commitment are imported into this website.

Can WooCommerce send orders automatically?

That integration is pending verification. Authentication, schema, duplicate prevention, retries and cancellation handling must pass an isolated test.

How can we request product information?

Use Get a Quote to send your requirements to Jaranova. Online demo booking is not yet available.

Does Delivery OS replace ClickShip/Freightcom?

They serve different parts of the plan: ClickShip/Freightcom handles carrier shipping through the merchant’s account; Delivery OS is presented for dispatch, driver workflows, tracking and proof. Neither connection is assumed active for a new merchant.

Is Trexity integrated?

Trexity integration is planned. Its connection to Jaranova has not been verified as live.
