Questions specific to Events Marketing & Public Relations.

Can you guarantee press coverage?

No. Editorial decisions are outside the campaign team’s control. Outreach and press-material scope are agreed without a placement guarantee.

Will you manage the event itself?

Marketing and onsite operations are different scopes. Staffing, logistics and vendor management require explicit agreement.

Can you build registration pages?

Yes, registration fields, capacity, cancellation and communications rules are scoped before implementation.

Are tickets or payment processing included?

Ticket provider accounts and charges are separately approved. Staging does not process live ticket payments.

Who approves public announcements?

The designated owner approves dates, venue, offers, claims and final promotional material.

How do you handle attendee data?

Capture only agreed fields, separate marketing consent and define retention and authorized access.

Can event promotion use paid advertising?

A separate channel plan defines budget, creative, account access and measurement requirements.

How much lead time is needed?

The work plan depends on event dates, asset readiness, channel lead times and approval rounds. We assess feasibility before committing.
