What we can scope together

Know what each workstream involves.

The following workstreams inform your proposal. The agreed deliverable list defines what is included; they are not an automatic package bundle.

01

Experience & content

Page architecture, customer journeys, content inventory and wireframes establish what visitors need to understand before contacting you.

02

Visual design

Responsive page compositions, brand typography, imagery and reusable components create a coherent experience across screen sizes.

03

WordPress implementation

Agreed templates, editable content and enquiry interfaces are built on the existing platform or a separately agreed architecture.

04

Launch preparation

Redirect mapping, metadata, accessibility checks, browser testing and a reviewed release plan protect the transition.

A visual workflow

From requirements to a reviewed rollout.

  1. Discover goals and existing URLs
  2. Approve structure and design
  3. Build and review on staging
  4. Test, launch and hand over

Workflow illustration. Application connections and automation are verified separately before activation.

Integration planning

Start with your existing systems.

  • WordPress and existing theme compatibility
  • WooCommerce where commerce is required
  • HighLevel lead capture after isolation testing
  • Analytics and consent configuration by agreement

Access, compatibility, provider terms and acceptance testing determine what can be connected. No new subscription is assumed.

Who this helps

Choose by business need.

  • Professional services needing clearer enquiries
  • Local businesses with dated websites
  • Growing companies consolidating separate tools

Questions specific to Website Design & Development.

Can you rebuild without losing our existing URLs?

We inventory valuable pages first, keep suitable paths and map any intentional changes. Redirects are reviewed and tested before the approved migration.

Will our team be able to edit the website?

Editable sections and roles are agreed during discovery. Handover includes guidance for routine changes; custom components may require developer support.

Who supplies the copy and photographs?

Existing permitted assets can be reused. New copy, stock sourcing or a commissioned shoot can be scoped separately, with ownership and licensing recorded.

Do you use WordPress or build custom websites?

WordPress is a practical option for content-driven sites. Custom architecture is considered where workflows, integration or application requirements justify it.

What controls the schedule?

Page count, content readiness, stakeholder reviews and integration access drive the critical path. A dated delivery plan follows discovery rather than a generic promised turnaround.

What is included after launch?

A handover and any agreed defect-review period are defined in the proposal. Maintenance, new content and feature work need an explicit support scope.

Can you connect our existing forms and CRM?

We review the current form, permissions and automation first. A connection is activated only after field mapping, consent and duplicate-handling tests.

How is the website priced?

Design depth, page types, content work and integrations determine the quote. Hosting, licenses and ongoing support are identified separately.
