What we can scope together

Connect the customer and operational journey.

The following workstreams inform your proposal. The agreed deliverable list defines what is included; they are not an automatic package bundle.

01

Online & in-store shopping

Map product discovery, online checkout and intended POS operations. POS is coming soon; a shared live inventory connection is not assumed.

02

Order management & fulfilment

Agree stock ownership, order validation, picking, packaging and pickup readiness. Cover changes, cancellations and failed handoffs.

03

Local delivery & Canada-wide shipping

Choose local/instant delivery, scheduled options where supported, or carrier shipping through your merchant-owned ClickShip/Freightcom account.

04

Tracking & confirmation

Scope customer visibility, delivery evidence and exception handling. Provider tracking and Delivery OS capabilities are verified for the chosen workflow.

Three parts of your fulfilment plan

Choose the journey.
Keep control of the operation.

Connect store orders with the right delivery method, shipping account and operating tools.

01 · Local & instant delivery

Reach nearby customers.

Scope local delivery around pickup readiness, service areas, capacity and customer expectations. Instant or scheduled services depend on the supported provider and location.

Coverage & service level confirmed per store
02 · Canada-wide shipping

Ship through your own account.

Use merchant-owned ClickShip/Freightcom accounts for eligible carrier services. ClickShip documents WooCommerce order/product sync, checkout rates, label creation and tracking.

Provider capability documented · Store setup required
03 · Jaranova Delivery OS

Coordinate dispatch and drivers.

The public platform presents merchant workspaces, dispatch, driver assignments, tracking and proof of delivery. Verify the current build and merchant connection before a live rollout.

Jaranova POS is on the way.

Intended cashier, barcode, inventory, receipt, loyalty and payment workflows belong in the same retail plan as WooCommerce and fulfilment. These are development requirements; working integrations and launch timing remain unconfirmed.

Before we talk

Useful answers.
Clear next steps.

Questions specific to Retail & Grocery.

Can online and shop stock remain consistent?

Only with an agreed stock source, identifiers and tested synchronization. A pending POS connection is not treated as operational.

Can we handle variable products or weighted goods?

Product units, pricing rules and fulfilment behaviour must be specified and tested with representative catalogue data.

Can customers choose pickup or local delivery?

Those journeys can be scoped around zones, cutoffs and capacity, subject to available store and delivery interfaces.

Does the CRM need every customer record?

Capture and synchronize only agreed data with a defined purpose, consent and retention rules.

Can the rollout happen in phases?

Yes. Begin with the storefront or enquiry journey, then validate stock, POS and delivery connections separately.

Which relevant project can I review?

FoodBasket Canada is a published grocery eCommerce example. Its scope does not establish that every proposed retail integration was delivered.

Who pays for shipping labels?

Merchants fund shipping labels and carrier charges through their own ClickShip/Freightcom accounts. Applicable Jaranova integration, maintenance and support services follow the agreed service package; Jaranova does not pay merchants’ shipping charges.

Is Trexity connected today?

Trexity integration is planned, not activated or verified as live. Confirm provider coverage, service levels and the merchant connection before making a customer promise.

Can POS orders join the same fulfilment journey?

That is the intended retail direction. Jaranova POS is in development; order and inventory handoffs must be demonstrated and accepted before activation.
